An active monthly subscription is currently required to receive routed leads. Starter is $49.99/month, Pro is $99.99/month, and Featured is $124.99/month. The current launch offer is 50% off for the first 30 days, with full price beginning on day 31. Separately, each qualified lead delivered creates a flat $100 invoice recorded at delivery, not when a job is booked or completed. The invoice amount is the same on every tier, and monthly plans do not include leads.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is a real, reachable homeowner requesting a service your business offers in the coverage area you selected. The $100 invoice is tied to delivery, not a booking, completed job, or payment from the homeowner. Featured adds phone and email verification, duplicate and spam screening, confirmed project details, and a homeowner-confirmed appointment commitment; Starter and Pro do not have all of those Featured verification gates.

What if a delivered request is a duplicate or invalid?

Duplicate and invalid requests are excluded under the qualified-lead billing policy. The dashboard does not automatically adjust or credit an invoice. If a delivered request appears to be duplicate or invalid, email jobjuniper@polsia.app about the invoice.

How many contractors receive a lead on each tier?

Accepted Answer

Starter leads go to up to 5 matching Starter contractors. Pro leads go to up to 3 matching Pro contractors. Featured and legacy Premium leads go to exactly 1 eligible matching Featured contractor. Service and location matching always apply, and tiers never fall back to one another.

What does a Featured opportunity include?

A Featured opportunity is delivered exclusively to exactly one eligible matching Featured contractor. It is never shared with Starter or Pro. Before delivery, JobJuniper requires phone and email verification, duplicate and spam screening, confirmed project details, and a homeowner-confirmed appointment commitment.

Verified means the homeowner passed phone and email verification, the request passed duplicate and spam screening, the project details were confirmed, and the homeowner confirmed an appointment commitment before the opportunity was delivered.

Question 7

What exactly does JobJuniper guarantee?

Accepted Answer

JobJuniper guarantees the confirmed appointment handoff: the verified homeowner opportunity and contact details are handed to one eligible Featured contractor after the confirmation gates pass. The guarantee does not cover homeowner attendance, completed work, payment, or conversion.

What happens after the appointment is handed over?

Accepted Answer

Once the contact details and appointment are handed over, cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, and the homeowner choosing another contractor are outside the Featured promise. Contractors should still follow up and manage the appointment directly with the homeowner.

What if no eligible Featured contractor matches?

Accepted Answer

The lead is held with HELD_NO_ELIGIBLE_FEATURED. It is not downgraded or shared with Starter or Pro. Delivery remains exclusive to an eligible Featured contractor once one matches the service and area requirements.

When may a lead be described as a guaranteed appointment?

Accepted Answer

Only after the product has recorded the homeowner confirmation and completed the Featured handoff. Before both persisted states exist, the opportunity is pending or conditional and must not be described as a guaranteed appointment.
